Return and Refund Policy

Styleaddons is under the ownership of Innovarissphere Solutions Private Limited ("we," "our," and "us''). Our Refund Policy aims to offer our users' (“you”, and “your”) a holistic shopping experience.  If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. To get a refund or swap an item, reach out to our customer service team within 2 days of receiving it. If you get the wrong item, get in touch with us right away and we will help with exchanging or returning it. To be able to return an item, it must be undamaged and in good condition, without any signs of wear. To ensure a successful return, it is important to retain all labels, packaging, and invoices. If these items are absent, returns may not be able to be processed. In case your item arrives in a different condition or is incomplete, contact our support team within 48 hours.  

Return Process   

Contact our customer service department to start a return process. A team member will provide you with precise instructions and support throughout the process. After we have received and confirmed the return of the item, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days .   

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items  

Items that can spoil, like flowers, plants, and personalized items, are not covered by our return policy. Once digital products, such as e-books and software, are viewed or downloaded, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any deviations from the categories mentioned will be communicated to you during the time of buying.  

Return Shipping   

The shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the user. If we make a mistake, our company will pay for the return shipping without any problem.  

Refund Method    

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the initial purchase. Once we receive and examine the item you returned, your refund will be processed in 5-7 business days.
